Four foster fids

Post by CatsChair »

So, the four foster-tiels arrived last Sunday and are still quite restrained. Think they are trying to figure out how they landed in such a loonie bin. Their mom had a bad car accident a couple of years ago and they have been living in a room in her mom's condo. They got lots more attention from her (she is doing a semester abroad), but there is a LOT more going on at my house. One is a picker, so I am hoping to get her to cut down a little. Doc says she is fine & their diet is great. They are all in one cage (all that fit in mom's house) Think I may put them into two and see if that helps a bit. Will post photos when I get organized. Off to DC again this week.

Baby budgies all grown up; some great shades of violet. Have promised them a bigger cage too, though what they have now is much bigger than most spoiled fids live in!

Hey Cat:

You and I both live on a nature reserve... you into photography? My plat butts up to the Hillsborough river which dumps into the ocean a little ways down. Lord knows Im a shutterbug! At least 300 images a day, keep maybe 5.

Wanna be pic pals? God has blessed us so! I remember the one pic you shared... enjoyed it very much.

Anyone else into photography can be our pic pal too :!:

Thanks! They do have a million dollar view; I bought the view, not the house (though I like the house too). They are settling in, but are still pretty shy.
