I live in Florida and I was wondering if I moved my pair indoors and regulated the temperature it might not be too late to see some eggs?

I want to let my breeding pair raise their chicks from day 1 until they aren't too young and fragile, but eventually I want to hand feed them to help create a bond with people, but when exactly should I take them from the nest?
