has your bird started their molt yet ? ours is in the middle of his >> adult molt and looks absolutly horrid . He was quiet and sooky for a few weeks before he started to really lose feathers

try playing games with themaswell , put your hand up so they cant see you and move it slowly saying " peek a boo " we have done this with our Albino male since he was 6 mths old and he hides his head down near his leg now if i say peek a boo . We have quite the opposite problem to alot of ...

our male albino is going through a bad molt atm , he is lunging and being anti social .

also look for anything new around the area he is in , our bird hates anything pink and panics . he also hates hats and sunnies .
could be something simple that the bird is not used to

all good . vet this morning , gave him an injection for any soreness and when i got home tonight he is his usual happy nutcase self .

update time i got him out of his cage before and he was a bit better and was dancing around again , he then tried to swipe the peanuts off of my ice cream i was eating :roll: he is still abit quiet but is hopping around and playing again . he still has a slight limp in one foot but seems all good i ...

my baby IRN alex doesn't make any noises. i dont know why. guys can you help me ?? how do i get him to whistle our cages are inside and can be seen from the kitchen , we would whistle tunes and talk to our ringneck while doing stuff in the kitchen . took awhile for him to chatter away and wolf whis...

our 6 yr old daughter accidently sat or rolled onto our 2yr old ringneck today , he seems fine but is very quiet and has a slight limp in one foot . cool thanks for that the eyes are red due to the flash and are not normally that bright . they are more super dark reddish black colour in the normal light . The blueish tinge was more confusing as albino normally have no pigments

Hey everyone , Can anyone tell us if we have a pure albino ? He has a pale blue irredesent shimmer to his feathers in certain light , He also has dark grey skin under his feathers and blackish eyes not pink He is currently 18mths old .
