our new ringneck, velg's wing spreading behaviour question
Hi guys, we recently got a blue indian ringneck, which the seller told us was 6 months old. we have had him about 2 weeks now and he has just started opening his wings like in the video. could anyone shed some light on this behaviour for us please? thank you! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C4teNefzucw
