I've just rescued a pair(male+female) of IRNs from a neighbor's house. Apparently, he's had them for a week and couldn't handle them. Unfortunately, he caged them in a really really small cage(read : TINY) for the past week and their living conditions are horrible. Their miniscule cage was neck deep...
