Hey the lacewing is a pale yellow with some pearling and green/blue in her...I'll get a photo if i can.

Hey can anyone send me photo's of some homemade cages for wire or send me a few links on what strength of wire they use or is minimum or maybe just the wire they use....So i can build a nice sized cage with appropriate wire:)

Colors

So my 3 birds i'm getting aree a Grey Male, a Lacewing female for the pair what would color mutations be for that? I have a young Blue that i'd like to use once they are in breeding age. What color mutations will throw from that? and how possible is it to get violets???

well i have a lacewing female, a just coming into breeding age silver male and a young blue that I'm also getting from another pair. I think i'll keep them outside to start here in a cage i will make inside the aviary for them that way they have more space than i can give them off the bat in my hous...

I have decided that i will be putting them into a cage to start that i will make 5feet long 6ft tall and 3 ft wide for the breeding pair with a out of cage nestbox still. But come winter (because this is an outdoor sectioned aviary) I'll have to bring them in to a metal 4footx 3foot tall x 2.5 foot ...

Ok so very new to IRN's and to the site! actually don't have IRN's yet but am going to in 2 weeks...I'm getting a pair and a 3 month old...Now I was thinking of making a cage for the pair....Is it ok to make the frame out of wood are they very heavy biters?or if i do should i put the wire to the ins...
