Hi i was changing Billy's watertoday when i noticed a dark swirly thing in it...i thought it might be a tape worm can IRN's get tape worms? and if so how can u get rid of them? thanks

When you cut the wings does it cut into the birds nerves and hurt the bird severely? Also Billy is about 4-5 years old.

i was reaing the foods you can give to IRN's and i came accross brown rice and i was wondering is it had to be cooked or is it raw rice? Also can they eat pasta and if so...cooked or raw? Thanks people

Welcome - Harry is really nice, looks really big, he looks really cute with no tail features. The male dance cracks me up, Billy does it loads - i cna't stop laughing when he does.

When i try and touch him in his cage he just goes looney and runs around his cage and i'd end up just scaing the hit out of him if i chased him.

Hi i have now established that my bird is about 5 years old but he bites. When i thought he was 5 months i thought he was bluffing. He'll take food out of our hands come on us and ride around but we can't pet him. He just flies to where we can't reach him. i'm trying to learn him step up at the mome...

No he hasn't got a leg band and yeah he is staying. I don't think they knew to be honest because i'm a regular, if any thing it wll be the person who gave it to them and lack of knowledge of the bird

ouch! billy tries to remove my mole on the back of my neck...really hurts. Some times he'll get abit of my cheek, twist and then pull. Now he has flew on my head...now he's preening me....lol
