Re: My IRN :D
Hi Jonathon, How long now until you pick up your baby? How old are they before your breeder releases them to the buyer? I am currently searching for breeders in Perth myself, looking at getting a female (blue, grey or  violet!!) as a buddy for our blue male....he's lonely for company of th...

Perches?
Hey guys,
I'd just like to quickly ask something; what is the smallest perch diameter and the largest perch diameter an IRN should have?
There's a eucalypt tree in my area that is going to be chopped down next weekend, and I want to retrieve some perches from it
Help is much appreciated,
Jono

Fortunately the new bird has taken my mind off of the death of Sparta
I'm currently preparing the cage, and then I'll prepare a different cage for the travel
After that's done, I'll do heaps of research etc. to make they new fid a very spoilt member of the family

I want say anymore, or I'll cry... But yeah... any breeders in WA? To the North of Perth close to the east...

Thanks Ellie :) just so you're aware, I'm staying at home until I'm roughly 25, and my uni courses are half days, so I have plenty of time to look after them :) I also have friends who aren't moving away from Perth, who are going to be breeding birds, and will be glad to take on more when I leave :)...

Change of plans
Hey guys, If you've read my introduction topic, my plan was to ask my parents for permission to handrear an IRN over the Christmas holidays... but then, today, or yesterday, or whenever, I thought of an even better idea :) Ok, so I'm going to be starting a dogwalking business up during the school ho...

Re: how do you tell if a egg is furtile or not? please help!
What most people do, is shine a small, but high intensity torch on an egg, and it'll illuminate the content of the egg... Basically how I see it, is that if there's bright red veins, it's fertile :) another thing, is that about halfway through, you can see a tiny heartbeat, but this is incredibly ha...

Re: ADVICE ON breeding please??
Personally I would just let them have a year to get to know each other fr this year... I dot think they'll do any breeding this yet, as the male doesn't even know that he is of the same kind as the female... Just lay it off for this year... Something that may speed up the process, I'm not sure... Bu...

I'm looking to spend no more than around 200 dollars, but that may ch...
