Both of my blue birds are ALOT more aggressive than my green. But, both my blues are female, and my green is male.

Is it possible that there are more blue females than males in this species, so that may affect that comment some? Just a thought.

Get him used to your hands! While he's still in his cage feed him some sort of treat. Next, start teaching him to "step-up" with treats! Never give in to him while your trying to teach or you'll continue to have difficulty with him. I have NEVER had a problem getting either of my IRN's in their cage...

That is definitelty an IRN Female. I would try to get a cage big enough for her to move around, spread her wings and yet still be able to fit some toys in there. Mine LOVE the bird pinatas, the Shredders, and the Bird Kabob. I bet I go through one of each of those about once every two weeks. My female demolishes the Bird Kabob, and will chew on it for hours at a time.

They both like popsicle sticks too. They have one tore up in a matter of minutes.

Well, I have an air-purifier that sits right next to my bird's cage. Has been for about 2 years now and it hasn't hurt them at all. Keeps the dusty smell down in our house when we use it.
