Help with identifying a bird's band
Hello, I got a Ringneck in december from a petstore. They told me she is 8 months old. So she should have been born at 2017. But I recently checked her ring and there is number 14. I am uploading an image. Can you tell me what that numbers mean? I can't find in anywhere. And if the bird is from 2014...
