What you think about my IRN? I think its about time for molt but is it looking like that? Is it possible he does it to himself trying to stick head through cage bars?

Hello i got my ringneck 2 weeks ago. The seller said hes 4-5 months old but i think hes more 6-7-8. He had a bit of feathers missing on his nose but now it seams more.
