feeding oranges

Post by selma »

Is it ok to give them a wedge of orange everyday? Bibou seems to love it and even prefers it to apples nowadays. He doesn't care much for carrots so i thought maybe the orange is a good substitute? What do you all think?

Are you also feeding pellets?

There are some vets saying that citrus and pellets can cause problems, and that if you have your bird on a pelleted diet that you should limit citrus fruits to no more than than twice a week.
