Skittles is a tattle tale!

At our house, we have 2 kids, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and one IRN (Skittles). The cats and one dog pretty much ignore Skittles, so she ignores them. Our boxer, Sable, has decided she likes Skittles, so we had to work hard to train her to leave Skittles alone.
Apparently, now Skittles is getting back at Sable the boxer. EVERY time Sable does something wrong (like gets in the trash, or is begging for food), Skittles will start whistling and making calls to us. As soon as Sable gets in trouble by us (She gets yelled at or put outside usually), Skittles stops the noise!
