IRN's start using their claws for holding things to eat and taste ect?

I have IRn who is roughly 1.25years old and she uses her claws all the time but she did when i got her - now my baby of about 3 months does not - just wondering when she will.

I would say the baby will when they work out how too. Have you tried handing thinks to the young one and putting it near the feet ? mine do it a lot more if they think the other one is going to steal it.
