Toy questions

My IRN spends most of his days on top of his cage. He goes up down and in and out of his cage as it is left open up until bed time. Inside his cage there are hanging toys but on the outside I have none. Should I invest in some sort of toy for the top of his cage or maybe a tree of his own? Any ideas would be great!

You could try hanging a toy outside the cage, but my bird only plays with toys Inside, Ms Sanjay enjoys flying around, perching on my chandelier, and clambering up and down my curtains, if your bird gets bored, and starts chewing your stuff, then a toy or playstand may be the answer. It's horses for courses, they are all unique.
