Breeding IRN Pair :D

Hi everyone,
I have a pair of Indian Ringneck Parrots, so far everything is going well. My hen is sitting on 3 eggs so far.
The cock is Grey (single factor, I think) paired with the hen a Blue Dillute or Cinnamon.
Egg 1 laid 29th September (hatch 22nd October)
Egg 2 laid 1st October (hatch 24th October)
Egg 3 laid 4th/5th October (hatch 27th/28th October)
Just generalisations on hatch dates though...
