How do u prepare Zuccinni?

I bought some Zuccinni ,peppers and some kale and mustard greens for the birds , only 1 problem how do u fix Zuccinni? I don't eat this so I have no idea on how to fix it, boil it or what?

I'm not too sure either as I don't eat it too! But I'm pretty sure they will eat any anyway. Personally, I'd boil it to make it soft for them to eat?

I serve it raw here to the tiels and Shamrock..
just wash well.. and slice or grate and give to fids.... :wink:

I do the same with yellow squash.... and can put on skewers with other veggies also...

I have dried both types of squash in the past to use for veggies in cage when will be gone during day for an extended time... so I so not have to worry about bateria like I would with fresh..

I lightly steam it so its still a little crispy but not too hard.
