hi my name is David i just bought a IRN two days ago. he bite my dad when he changed him from the cage he was in and to day when i got him he bite me really hard, he's also pulling his own feathers. I will appreciate any help that i can get from you thanks.

It seams to me that he's not settled in yet David. Try not handling him for a few days. Just sit next to the cage and talk to him. And during that time, try and see if he’ll take a piece of food from your hand.
he's also pulling his own feathers
I think he’s stressed.
You know moving from one place to another can be stressful for a bird.
How old is he?
