Hey gang,

Well it’s been very busy for me and I am working on another parrot site. I am in need of parrot photos, particularly budgies, lovebirds, and cockatiels for the moment. Other parrots will do too! If any of you would be willing to donate photos for the project I would greatly appreciate it. I will give full credit to those who volunteer. Just think your parrot could be famous;)

Anyway, I’ll give more details on the site once I have it in working order. If you think I can use your photos, please PM me a link to them. Don’t forget to add your name so I can give you full credit.

yep, i do know, g/f ... that's why i shared that with ya ... i feel a kinship with you ... as far as the accent, i consider it a blessing, not a curse ... DAMN proud, i am ... my hubby's a Virginia boy, but his mama wuz from Memphis & his daddy wuz from Minnesota, so he doesn't really have an accent, but can mimic it (ME) when he wants ... he teases me unmercifully, but deep inside, he loves it!! sometimes he can't even understand me, ESPECIALLY, when me & "mine" get together!! roflmao!! he sez, "wut?" "wut'd u just say?" i LOVE it!! oh, yeah ... we're also in "gullah" country here & i can drift into that in a NY minute & then he REALLY can't understand chit!! lmao!!

i'm an official hawg-washer-wearin' country girl fer shore!! u might can take the girl outta the country, but i don't believe u can EVER take the country outta the girl!! (at least not in MY case!)

After many yrs of marriage my husband finally admitted for the first 2 yrs he had no idea what I was saying... he just nodded his head.


Cuz not only do you and I 'tawk' country we also talk FAST! Most think we are to speak slow... not from our neck of the woods, thats more of a Texas accent.
