breeding IRNS

hi all I've had my IRNSfor about 18 mtgs now and they are not breeding can anyone tell me what i need to do in order for them to breed i.e. cage box surroundings

Is your birds eighteen months old or have you owned them for eighteen months? It's not very clear from your post.
If they are only eighteen months old they might be a bit young to breed and is simply waiting till they're a bit older.
As for nests etc. there is a lot of useful information under "Breeding" on this site.
