Do domestic Indian ringneck parrots have specific breeding season?
Can they breed in any period of a year? (It’s summer in Turkey now.)
The male parrot is doing mating-dance but the female is doing nothing or attack.

In Europe it is in the spring approx Jan to April, depending where in EU .
your season finished not long ago and it is unlikely hen will go down so late, it does happen but rarely and it is not natural for them to breed outside breeding season.

In Australia & South Africa breeding season is just starting now.
