I just got this ringneck and I'm not sure of its parents but I'm wondering if the color should be more vibrant. Also what type you think it could be or it is:) looks like a blue but it has green on it also. Its between 8 months and a year old about.
I know they were not feeding him well, he was just on a food from a grocery store, so I changed his food to a way better food.
