It's May, so the Baltimore Bird Fanciers club is having their annual "Spring Show and Mart".
It is happening tomorrow, Saturday May 18th, 9am - 4pm.
The location is the Tall Cedars of Lebannon Hall, at the intersection of Putty Hill Ave and Old Hardford Road, in Parkville.
Cost is $5. Ample parking is free. Modest and casual restaurants are nearby.
This show is historic for me. It was at the same event, in 2011, that I saw my first Indian Ringneck Parakeet. It was actually a lot of them - two tables full, all blue. I looked one in the eye and something magical happened.
Come to the show and you will find:
Birds to Admire
Birds to Buy
Bird Stuff to Buy
Stuff to Buy for Birds
Bird Oriented Raffle
Bake Sale
Bird Safe Plants
and Lots of Nice Folks
There is even a bird contest for kids - see the club's website for info.

If you come in the latter part of the show, you might even see ME and possibly Rocky, too.
Please come out and enjoy the Spring Mart!
