I would like to ask what the numbers on the ring of my parrot mean. Will they tell me how old is he? The numbers are : "10 20 16 012 SRB ". The color of the ring is copper. Hope someone could help.

Not sure whether you found the answer to this but its a method of identification and in most cases, how you register your pet. Rather then having a microchip or tattoo, its how we identify that an animal is either a pet or wild. Use the numbers on the band to register your bird so if it ever escapes and is found, you can be notified.
