HAVING TROUBLE UPLOADING PICTURES!!!

Hi guys!

Im trying to upload a photo so i can use it for my avatar, and also to post some pictures of my ring neck, but the site keeps rejecting them????

You have to have posted a certain amount of times for the site to determine you are not a spammer. Also could be the size of the pics you are uploading?
