Age of bird

I bought a three month old Indian ring neck not a breeder but I felt you could beast answer my question. He is fully weaned and his tail is long so I'm doubting his age. He told me he was had fed but has not bothered it for a couple weeks and put 4 of them together do there wild and he will settle with time. What should a 3 month old look like.
