I have done a google search on blue pallid indian ringnecks, and they all seem to look quite similar.
Could anybody tell me about them at all? What does blue pallid mean? is that the breed? are they quite common / rare?
I am based in the UK, Colchester Essex and I found him perched on my TV about a month ago. So he's kind of been adopted as he seems to love it here with us!

Pallid is also known in some parts as a Lacewing. It is one of the many Mutations in Indian Ringnecks and yours is a combination of 2 Mutations, Blue and Pallid or Lacewing. I am in Australia and they are very common here as I would say they would be in most places.
If it is a Cock bird it will develop a darker ring around its neck by the age of 3.
