new to raising ringnecks

hi all new to this just have just become the proud owner of a yellow and blue ringnecks my babies are 3 wks old and r so cute.
this is my first time raising ringnecks, I am loving every moment of it and look forward to every feed!
I am looking for any advice to help me along this journey with my beautiful babies they look good but just not eating required amount but i am feeding them more often as they were only pulled from mum about 2 days ago. Thanks miksnat
