charlie can shoot hoops

Well, my boy (assuming his DNA test was correct) Charlie is tall enough now that he can shoot hoops without me having to give him a boost:

Charlie was soooo hard to train to do this behaviour. Janey (who is a year older) caught on really fast by comparison... but it was interesting, I pulled it out one day after not having used for a month or so and left him alone with it on the table... next thing you know, he's picked up a ball and put it in the hoop himself.... after all the time I tried to get him to do it with no success... something obviously just clicked in his maturing brain (he'll be two at the end of the year) and he figured it out without my help.
