Wanted IRN in Minnesota!

I see that there is an older post about this, and they look to be in approximately my area. I have been searching in vain trying to find a breeder near me (S.E. MN) and have come up empty. Are there any of you on this forum in Southern WI or Northern Iowa, within maybe 3ish hours of Winona, MN, that breed these birds?
I would be so delighted if there was someone on here who does, I look forward to replies!
