Hi, I am looking for a new cage for my young indian ringneck. I have found a good cage but was wondering if epoxy coating is good and safe for birds??

Epoxy coatings (powder and painted/baked) are the standard among bird cages. As long as the material itself is child/pet safe and not lead based it should be fine.
