Rainbow males get rings?

I have a Blue Rainbow Turquiose "male". He is 10 months at the moment. I would like to know if Rainbow males can form a ring?

Yes, a Blue Rainbow (Blue Pallid Turquoise) male will get a ring, usually from about 2 to 3 years old
