Hi All
Are there any genetic calculators available in South Africa that have the latest mutations in it ?

Re: Genetic calculators
just use this one- just replace (mentally) Dark with Deep, or Turquoise with Emerald
http://www.gencalc.com/gen/eng_genc.php?sp=0PsitIR
Deep (AU Cobalt) works in the same way Dark works- it's is a incomplete dominant mutation. Emerald(parblue)works the same way as Turquoise does...it is a co-dominant mutation

Thanks Madas
I installed your calculator , with the help of Peter and it works great.
It will keep me awake at night , trying different combinations

I think there is a bug on your programme at the Turquoise section
I entered the following.
1,0 turquoise x 0,1 blue
1,0 100% turquoiseBlue
0,1 100% turquoiseBlue
1,0 turquoise /clearhead fallow x 0,1 Grey green /clearhead fallow
1,0 25% green /clearhead fallow /turquoise
1,0 12.5% green /turquoise
1,0 12.5% clearhead fallow green /turquoise
1,0 12.5% clearhead fallow Grey green /turquoise
1,0 25% Grey green /clearhead fallow /turquoise
1,0 12.5% Grey green /turquoise
0,1 25% green /clearhead fallow /turquoise
0,1 12.5% green /turquoise
0,1 12.5% clearhead fallow green /turquoise
0,1 12.5% clearhead fallow Grey green /turquoise
0,1 25% Grey green /clearhead fallow /turquoise
0,1 12.5% Grey green /turquoise
I would expect correct me if I am wrong.
1,0 turquoise x 0,1 blue
1,0 50% turquoiseBlue
1,0 50% blue/Turquoise
0,1 50% turquoiseBlue
0,1 50% blue/Turquoise
Thanks
Robert

Re: Genetic calculators
Wrong. You have selected a homozygous turqouise for the male. So the whole offspring is indead turquoiseBlue then paired to a blue female.Mad Max wrote: I would expect correct me if I am wrong.

For a turquoiseblue male please select blue as Color first and then truq as split.
greetings.

Is it so hard to guess?Mad Max wrote:Madas

Hm, let me think about it. Perhaps one click on Grey for ef, one click on D for ef dark and double click on blue for blue Color.
