New breeder Query

Hello to every one I am a new breeder the first hatching I have this year are doing fine. Four so far. I have a question. can anyone tell me how much feed that an adult bird should eat each day as a % of their weight. There is a lot of information about hand feeding and chicks but not about the adult birds.

I give each of my pairs 1 third of a cup of seed and a couple of pices of Fruit or Vege each day. Once they have chicks and as the chicks grow I increase it to a cup of seed, half or a full corn cob and a couple of other pieces of Fruit or Vege per day. They always seem to have plenty of seed in their bowl still but i would rather they have too much than not enough.
