Bonding

I just want to know if indian ringnecks bond or do they just mate and rise the chicks?

They do bond but not for life. I have pairs that stay togther all year round even when I move them into a large aviary with other pairs. Some pairs once placed in the large avairy dont have anything to do with their previous partner. You can break up a bonded pair though by seperating them prior to breeding season. Some pairs if split up wont breed with another bird though. It depends on the birds.
