At the breeders on the weekend.. I got to go down to the big parrot enclosures. I got to play with his pair of Red tailed Black Cockatoo's. OMG what amazing, mezmerising creatures they are. They are so gentile ! so big but so delicate. So intelligent and Majestic ! just wonderful.
Plus he let me see his aviary of parakeets etc. I got to see two pair of eclectus and a variety of ringnecks, rosella's, lorikeets.
He has Major Mitchells aswell and the plain old sulphur crested. He has cockatiels also, and I have never seen a white and grey one before, very nice.
But those Red tailed Black Cockatoo's WOW ! Just amazing they way they fly and how softly they land on you. HOw they investigate you and want to be with you and get affection from you. I want one! but I don't have a spare $7,000 .. sigh!
Time for bed .. akkk I just looked at the time and its almost 1am .. I gotta go sleep.
