Advise ID young chicks

Hi All I have 12 chicks hatched dec 2010 parents hen pastel blue lacewing cinnamon ( has yellow head ) Cock Cinnamon Blue INO 8 of the chicks are different colours How do I ID these chicks ? I have dark blue , blue with green heads , greenish blue , very light blue with patches .
one with colours like a rainbow , one like fallow very light blue Also how do I tell if they split lacewing All very pretty birds . By the way some have black nails . It was very unusually as one clutch was coming out of the nest the hen started laying again.
