Take 1 or take them all

Hi all
I have found a breeder who is willing to let me take a baby from thr nest for hand raising at 4 weeks old
wondering if it's ok to take just one from thr nest or if I should take the whole clutch for hand raising and just on sell the extras once weaned etc

What's your opinion
Whats the average clutch size for irn and Alexandrine
also if this is the pairs 1st clutch together Is it wise to remove the babies at that age or could that affect them breeding in future ?
