I tried loading pics of echo but it says I need to give a URL address. I cant just load it from my computer?

Okay nevermind I read that you have to use something like flickr or photobucket if you want to upload pics here. It would really help me if someone could tell me how to stop the early morning screaming echo has been up to for the past month. I put out a post on it in the behaviour section. We've tried to ignore it as well for a day or two but it can go on for a whole hour or more!
