Parry troubling other birds

Hi,

I facing real prbm, parry is real agressive to my other birds, the budgies. Parry is just 1 month old in our home. He just alwys looks to jump on to their cage and try to scare them. He oftens goes to bite them but since they r in cage, he cannot get hold of them. He makes big eyes n agressive noises towards the budgies. How can i stop him, and make him friendly towards them.

I wouldn't ever trust him with them and would do everything possible to stop him from going near them.
