Can someone tell me what is the best diet for IRN. I was told to much peanut and sunflower seed had to much fat is this true?

yes it is true...a good diet is a balanced diet, fresh fruits and veggies, pellets and seed mixes are good. I buy pellets, seeds and give plenty of fresh foods. Some people even feed crickets and worms, if you're up to that I'm sure the birds would enjoy it! variety is good for them and it also helps if a certain brand of food gets discontinued your bird will still eat! I had a cockatoo who would only eat one thing because that is what the owners had for him! and the food was discontinued, we were lucky we bought 6 months supply and slowly weaned him off it, but he was still very picky even after that! good luck finding the perfect diet for your bird!
