is my bird unhealthy

hello all, i have brought a lacewing irn. for some reason the bird doesn't look healthy. the wings are dropping down and the tail is short. please see attached picture and if somebody can let me know if there is anything wrong with this bird. thank you

he's probably fine... check the keel bone .. and if need be do a little research to find out how it should feel

His feathers look rather big. How old is the bird?

Hard to tell just from looking. Birds are masters of hiding their ailments. You could always take it to the vet for a well-bird check up.
His/her tail looks extremely stubby, even for a young bird. Was it somehow ripped out? Or do you know? Always interesting with new birds/adoptions/rescues.
