So it felt like months and months for them to hatch and it has been a journey.
They are now 3 weeks old starting from sunday.
My female laid 4 eggs and only 2 has hatched, but for her first clucth im real proud, she took care of them nicely.

how will i know what is the sex or is DNS the only way?

Another way to know is to wait for 12 to 18 months and the birds will tell you themselves
