Hello my name is Mary and I am new here. I have always wanted a parrot since I was a child and now may be getting a indian redneck. A friend of mine works for an animal shelter and this one needs to go. Not sure much about it, except it did climb on my finger and seems very friendly.
Any advice?

There is so much information on this website! Read all of the great articles under the Articles tab, and you can search the board for specific information if you have questions. Congrats on the IRN, definitely keep us posted on living with your new little guy
