I guess the previos owner kept it locked in a cage For 3 years
and gave her no attention or what so ever ,
and now the bird is not very sociable
and even try not to create any Eye contact
i would like to know if there is anyway i can make her Trust me and become more

Hi Oren and welcome. Congratulations on your new birdie. I believe it's never too late to tame a bird. Be patient. It takes time, lots of time and patience. Let him settle into his new surroundings. Talk to him everytime you are in the room and stand by his cage everyday and let him get to know you and the sound of your voice. Eventually start putting your hand in the cage just so he gets use to it being there and it's not a threat. Try feeding him a favorite treat thru the bars. Just hold it there for awhile and if he steps anywhere near it tell him good bird in a gentle voice. (or whatever term you use) If he won't take it just leave it in his dish and walk away. Eventually put the treat in your hand when you put your hand in the cage and again if he steps towards you say good bird or use a clicker and click when he steps towards you. How long have you had him? Are his wings clipped? May I suggest you have them clipped if they are not. Poor little birdie. Why would anyone have a bird if they weren't going to love and interact with him? I just don't get that. Good for you for rescuing him. I hope this will help in some way. Best of luck and don't give up.

Thank you so much for the Quick respond

i have the Bird for a Week now and i do think he is a bit more calm,
in the First 3 days he did not stop making this High pitch noise
and now he do it but not very often
and regarding his Wings
today i actually took him to the Vet and got his
wing Clipped it was a bit stresfull both for the bird and the vet lol
but now he is back in the living next to me and i do try to talk 2 him
as much as i can .
i hope he will adjust quick and i do have alot of Patience so it should be ok :-)
