Blue Mutation Indian Ringneck...Male? Female? Variation?

I have a blue Indian Ringneck and am wondering if it is male or female, it is 2-3 years old...
it is pale blue, I can't upload the pics, who can I send pic to to tell??
I am also wondering what variation of blue I have.
Someone Please Help

Hi,
It sounds like a cinnamon blue to me. If it has a black ringneck around its neck right now it is a male. if you want send a pic to me at d-3-p@hotmail.com

Hi, Ok what your have here is a male =D

and it is just a normal blue mutation ringneck. I can see that he is in moult. so in about 2 weeks his ring around his neck will be full and he will look like a magnificat bird!
