i am by no way an IRN master but i just learned that the parent will produce its color to the chick of the opposite sex.
so if a father is blue and the hen is green the female chicks will be blue and the males will be green.
hope others who are in the know can varify if this is correct

Hi

Provided the male is not split to albino, the results are as follows:

1.0 blue
x 0.1 blue ino
% from all 1.0
100.0% 1.0 blue /ino
% from all 0.1
100.0% 0.1 blue

So all the females are albino, and males blue split albino.

If the male was split to albino then:

1.0 blue /ino
x 0.1 blue ino
% from all 1.0
50.0% 1.0 blue /ino
50.0% 1.0 blue ino
% from all 0.1
50.0% 0.1 blue ino
50.0% 0.1 blue

So it all depends on whether the cock was split.
