I hope this works:) I'm a little computer/technologically challenged. Hope you enjoy.

Bullet takes his first bath.

He thinks he such a big bird.

Bullet looks like a drowned rat, but he/she sure looked like he/she was having fun!

Bullet's first day in his new home.

Yum, yum, yummy, this millet sure is tasty!

I keep calling Bullet a "he," but we don't know for sure. Hope you enjoyed seeing our new baby.

millet

Post by 3tiels&aringneck »

I've noticed that Bullet pretty only eats millet when he is on his little play gym. Right now I only have millet in the bottom of the cage and Bullet doesn't care for being on the bottom. When I transfer him to his bigger cage, which will be in the next few days, I will try to figure out a way to hang it.

I know my cockatiels LOVE millet.

very cute baby 8) I'm not sure if they love to eat the millet sprays , but I do know they love pulling things apart and destroying it. If you do decide to clip it up with a peg, try to use pegs that aren't spring loaded. I have seen some nasty pics of birds that have injured their beaks with them.

thanks Julie for the info. Obviously I need something strong enough for him to not be able to chew through quickly.

P.S. Bullet started jabbering a little bit today. He sounds so cute.
