My latest bubby.

Let me introduce to you "Junior 'G'". "He" is the last of my breeding for this season. "He" was hatched on Dec 5th, making him around 8 weeks of age. Such a cutie to
Both parents are green, but, he is the only one out of all the chicks that this pair have bred since I have owned them, (they have had 11 chicks in 2 years), that has this beautiful blue tinge to his feathers.

This one is soooooo cuddley. I took him from the nest around 10 days before fledging. In just 3 days of bringing him inside, he was lapping up cuddles and scratches. I just can't believe how tame he became so quickly!. :)

Lovely looking bird indeed :D I had a grey with a greenish tinge like that through the feathers once, sadly didnt keep the colouration past the first moult, but was quite a cutie.

Always nice to have suprises like that.

Maybe keep him and breed with him to see if the trait flows on?

Just beautiful ! and to be so tame when s/he was parent raised .. bonus ! love the flashes of blue edging on the coverts, very nice .. sad he probably won't keep it. I personally would keep him/her
