This is a clear-headed/clear-tailed blue mutation. The word clear is used to describe the white or yellowish color seen in this mutation. If I'm wrong, anyone please feel free to correct me. Very beautiful! That's my dream mutation. So gorgeous!

oh yeah other than the blue and white, she does have a bit of grey on parts of her tail feathers and sorta on her back around the ends of her wings

I think you might actually have a blue pallid there. Female clearhead/cleartails usually don't lose much, if any, color on their heads. A very pretty bird no matter what it is, though.

thanks. we have a mom and pop pet store here and the owner is real into birds and buys from local breeders. this "girl", she had just got in from a friend (the breeder) of hers. they also had a very nice green male but we couldn't pass her up. we shop there all the time and she gave us, what i think was a good deal, $259 USD. no matter what her mutation, she sure is beautiful and coming along well (:
once she is settled in a bit longer we will be taking her to the vet for just a normal check up but i suspect all will go well. she is active, eating well and she loves her naps hehe
